1) Shipping destinations
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, the EU, and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Because our products are made to order, they are shipped after production is completed.
2) Processing & delivery times
Processing (production) time: usually 2–5 business days
(During busy periods, production may take a little longer.)
Estimated shipping time (after production):

Netherlands & Belgium: usually 1–3 business days

International: usually 5–20 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing outside of our control.
3) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable, this will be clearly stated on our website).
4) Order confirmation & tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).
5) Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we can reship it. Additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
