At Quotes d’Azur, every item is made especially for you after you place your order. Because your product is created to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind (for example: you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it). Each piece is made specifically for you.
When we do make it right
Of course, we’ll help if there is:

an item that arrived damaged

the wrong item received (not what you ordered)
Reporting deadline
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@quotedazur.com, including:

a short description of the issue

clear photos (product + packaging)
Resolution
Depending on the situation, we will offer:

a free replacement, or

a refund (partial or full)
Wrong size / wrong choice
Because each item is made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or wrong choices made by the customer. If you’re unsure about sizing or choosing the right product, feel free to email us before ordering — we’re happy to help you decide.
Unclaimed packages / address issues
If a package is returned because it wasn’t collected or because the address provided was incorrect/incomplete, we can reship it. Additional shipping costs may apply.
