Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Quotes d’Azur

1) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through our checkout. Available options can include major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other methods such as PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay (depending on your country).
You’ll always see the exact options at checkout.


2) How long does shipping take?

Because each item is made to order, shipping time includes production + delivery.

  • Production time: usually 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time (after production):

    • Netherlands & Belgium: usually 1–3 business days

    • EU (other): usually 3–7 business days

    • International: usually 5–20 business days

These are estimates. Carrier delays or customs checks can happen.


3) How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method).


4) How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • package size/weight

  • number of items in your order


5) Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you order from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, VAT, or import duties. These fees are set by your country and are paid by the customer.


6) Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@quotedazur.com.
We can only update or cancel an order before it goes into production or ships. Once it’s in progress, changes may no longer be possible.


7) My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

No worries — we’ll fix it.
Email info@quotedazur.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item + packaging

We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


8) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size/choice.
However, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right (see question 7).


9) What if I ordered the wrong size?

We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering.
If you’re unsure, email us first — we’re happy to help you choose.
Since items are made-to-order, we generally can’t exchange items ordered in the wrong size.


10) Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they may be produced or shipped from different locations, which can result in separate deliveries. You may receive multiple tracking links.


11) What if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

First, check:

  • around your delivery address / safe place

  • with neighbors or reception

  • with the carrier using the tracking link
